We stock the space with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. 🍳 The Kitchen The full kitchen overlooks town with stunning views of Peaks 6, 7, and 8—perfect inspiration while sipping coffee or cooking breakfast. Hi there—thanks for checking out our listing! We’re so excited to host you in our Breckenridge studio, located in one of the best spots in town. We (Hope and Ben) are avid skiers and snowboarders who fell in love with Breck but not the I-70 traffic—so in 2021, we bought this space and gave it a full renovation to create our own version of mountain modern. What was once outdated is now a cozy, stylish home-away-from-home that we’re proud to share with guests like you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions—we’re happy to help however we can. 🚨 Please Note: Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, including adults, children, and infants. Garage parking is available in a heated, secured garage for $50/night. If you plan to bring a car, please let us know in advance so we can reserve your spot. Spots in the winter fill up quickly. Resort amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym, movie room) are open daily. Want to make your stay extra special? Stayed at this very cute and functional studio with my 2 kids (10 & 6) for some spring skiing on Easter weekend! The place is def ski-in/ski-out at base of Peak 9. They loved the trundle beds and I love how complete the kitchenette was! The bathrooms is compartmentalized so felt big! We also walked to Main Street for dinner and stores. Super close. The condo’s indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs and the play/recreation room ( pool table) was also great. Will def stay here again!

We LOVED this location! We had our toddler with us and it was the perfect location to walk to town and restaurants or to walk to the peak 9 base. If we were skiing it would have been amazing and they have ski school right there. The view out of the room was beautiful and the condo had everything we needed. Our toddler really liked the indoor pool area. Ben also provided a ton of great recommendations for the area. We had a great time!

Breckenridge Village is not inexpensive during Spring Break. That said the unit was exactly as described and in a prime location for Peak 9 skiing. The Inn amenities were excellent for our family. While the sleeping arrangements are tight for a family if you have 2 younger kids it will work out just fine. The bathroom arrangement with a common vanity and separate shower area and commode were perfect and well designed. The king bed is very comfy and the girls said the 2 twins were as well. Thanks for the great stay.

The condo is located at the south end of Main St in the village of Breckenridge. Most things are within walking distance including the Quicksilver Super Chair on Peak 9. There is a free shuttle around Breckenridge and Summit County.
